Club Growth

Over the past five years, Pine Hills FC has seen incredible growth in female participation, reflecting our commitment to providing quality programs and opportunities for girls in football. Since 2021, the number of female players at our club has surged from 184 to 319 in 2025 — a 73% increase. Our all-girls teams have more than doubled, growing from 11 teams to 23 across juniors and seniors. This remarkable growth has positioned Pine Hills FC as one of the leading clubs for female football in the region, now ranking 5th in South East Queensland for female participation. An achievement we are immensely proud off.

Forward to 2026

Looking ahead, our ultimate goal is to become a top 3 club for female participation in South East Queensland. However, our primary focus remains on retaining and developing the talented players we already have. We’re committed to creating a clear and supportive pathway that encourages girls to stay in the game and progress through to senior football, whether that’s in our Metro Women’s teams or at the FQPL level. By fostering a strong club culture, prioritising player wellbeing and providing quality coaching and development, we aim to ensure that every girl at Pine Hills has the opportunity to continue her football journey into adulthood.
