The 2026 Registration process explained
Follow This Easy 3-Step Process to Join PHFC for the 2026 Season!
This is for all players in 2026
Kookas (3-5 years in 2026) - Miniroos (U6-U11)- Juniors (U12-U18) - Senior teams (Metro teams & FQPL teams)
Masters - complete all steps ensuring you select Masters Player in Squadi & Northside Masters in Play Football
Step 1: Register with Pine Hills FC
Where? Click the Register Now button on the Pine Hills FC website (available 5/1/2026).
What to do:
1. Provide your details and pay club fees or organize an approved payment plan
2 Upload your Play On! Voucher (if applicable) - a copy of the Play On! Voucher must be uploaded at the time of registration - this is a Queensland Govt requirement.

At the end of Step 1, you'll receive links to continue to Step 2 & 3.
Step 2: Register with Play Football (Football Australia)
Where? Play Football website
What to do:
1. Pay Football Australia (FA) fees.
Fees (plus processing charges):
Kookas: $0 (Non FA program)
6-U18: $18
Seniors: $42
Masters: $0 (Non FA program)
2. Upload a passport-style headshot photo (same style as Step 2, players aged 12 & up in 2026).
At the end of Step 2, you should receive a link to proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Register with Squadi (Football Queensland)
Where? Squadi App or Website
What to do:
1. Pay Football Queensland (FQ) fees (processing fees will apply):
Kookas: $37.50
U6-U11: $50
U12-U18: $66
Seniors: $130
Masters: $60
Kookas, Miniroos & Seniors: Stop here! You're done. ✅
Masters Players: After the three steps, complete your registration in the Footsy App.
Upload a passport-style headshot photo:
Requirements: No hats, sunglasses, animal or other people, less than 12 months old and less than 2MB. Photos are not required for players 11 years and under.
Important Notes:
All steps must be completed to confirm your team placement.
Players who skip any step will be unable to train or play until registration is finalized. Players not fully registered by one week prior to the first fixture of the season may not be ineligible to play.
Masters Players: After the three steps, complete your registration in the Footsy App.
Why Are There 3 Fees?
Each fee supports a different part of your football registration:

Football Queensland Fees: Competitions, insurance, and grassroots programs.
Football Australia Fees: National teams and football infrastructure.
