Looking to 2026
The conclusion of the 2025 season marked a significant period of transition for our Senior Women’s program. Following relegation to the FQPL 3 Women’s competition and the departure of the previous coaching staff, the focus now turns firmly to renewal—rebuilding with purpose, clarity and intent as we prepare for the 2026 season.
With the appointment of new coaching staff, 2026 will be a foundational year for the FQPL 3 Women’s team. Our priority is to establish a strong, positive culture both on and off the field—one built on effort, resilience, accountability and collaboration—while supporting the development of each player within a unified team environment.
Leading this next phase is newly appointed Head Coach Nathaniel Graf, who brings a fresh approach and a clear vision for lifting standards across all areas of the program. The focus will be on defining a clear team identity: disciplined, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and a collective desire to perform.
Central to this vision is the creation of a growth-oriented environment where players feel supported, challenged and accountable. By aligning individual development with team objectives, the program aims to convert potential into consistent performance and lay strong foundations for long-term success.
The 2026 season represents an exciting opportunity for committed, hardworking players who are eager to contribute to a shared vision and play an active role in shaping the next chapter of our Senior Women’s program.
