2025 Season Wrap-up

The 2025 season proved to be the most challenging year for our FQPL 2 Senior Women’s team. Despite facing setbacks, including the unexpected resignation of our head coach, the players showed tremendous resilience and dedication.

Under the guidance of the interim coaching staff, the team demonstrated determination to see the season through and focus on the positives while looking ahead to 2026. Although the results on the pitch may not have always reflected the effort, the experience gained laid a strong foundation for the future.

We are proud of the team’s perseverance and commitment, and we look forward to building on these improvements as we prepare for the 2026 season.

Looking to 2026

The conclusion of the 2025 season marked a period of transition for our Senior Women’s program, with relegation to the FQPL 3 Women's competition and the departure of the previous coaching staff, but also a renewed commitment to rebuilding with purpose and intent ahead of the 2026 season.

With the appointment of new coaching staff, 2026 will be a foundational year for the FQPL 3 Women’s team. Our focus is on establishing a strong, positive culture both on and off the field—one that values effort, resilience, and collaboration—while harnessing the individual strengths of each player in support of overall team development.

Leading this new chapter is our newly appointed Head Coach, Nathaniel Graf, who brings a fresh approach and a clear vision for raising standards across all aspects of the program. The emphasis will be on defining our team identity as a disciplined and competitive presence within the competition, underpinned by accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a strong will to win.

Central to our vision is the creation of a positive, growth-oriented environment where mutual respect, support, and shared ambition drive performance. This culture will encourage players to challenge themselves and one another, ensuring that individual development and team success go hand in hand. The 2026 season is about converting potential into performance, and together we are determined to make it a defining year for our Senior Women’s team.

This represents an exciting opportunity for committed, hardworking players who are eager to contribute to a collective vision and play an active role in achieving our goals for the 2026 season.
