Registration is a three step process in 2026 - please read the information contained in this link before proceeding.

2026 Registration Notes:
Note 1: Kookas complete Step 1 and Step 2 only.

Note 2: Masters players - Please complete all steps 1,2 and 3 before registering in the Footsy App. Registration in Squadi and Play Football is compulsory for the 2026 season.

All Metro Miniroos, Metro Juniors, Metro Seniors, Advanced Senior FQPL and Masters players must complete the three steps.

Step 1. Register with PHFC where you will be required to pay club fees only. You can apply for a payment plan during the registration process. Fee information is available via this link.

If you are using a Play On! Voucher this must be added at the time of registration.
A copy of the voucher must be uploaded for processing when completing this registration. The $200 value of the voucher will be credited to your account once payment has been process by PHFC and funds received from the Queensland Government.

If the allocation is exhausted before you check your eligibility, you may be eligible in the next round in July. Note: refunds cannot be made for vouchers presented after fees have been paid for the 2026 season.

Step 2. Register using Football Australia's Play Football website where you will be invoiced for the Football Australia's governing body fee (+processing fees). This fee is per player and is in addition to the 2026 club fee.

Step 3. Enrol you/your player using the Squadi App/website. You will be invoiced for the Football Queensland's governing body fee (+processing fees) for the relevant age group. This fee is per player and is in addition to the 2026 club fee.

All applicable steps are required to be completed play for PHFC in the 2026 season. Please ensure that you finalize all steps in the registration to complete your registration prior to commencement of training with PHFC.

Note:
1. Masters (O35/45/50s) players - From 2026, you must complete steps 1, 2 and 3. After completing Step 3, Masters players must also register with the Footsy APP. Please ensure you select the Masters Player product to avoid paying excess fees.

Terms and conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions are required to be read by both players and their parents/guardians and accepted before registration will be accepted.

    Acknowledgements and Consents
    - You agree to comply with all Club Policies and Procedures including the requirement to register on the PHFC Majestri system to pay the prescribed club fee for the relevant age group, as well as registering in the Football Australia Squadi system, as mandated by the governing bodies, to pay the prescribed affiliation fee which include Player insurance for those participating in a Football Queensland approved competition or an approved Football Queensland Social competition.
    - You agree to comply with the FFA Codes of Conduct and the FFA Codes of Behaviour as detailed at https://www.footballaustralia.com.au/member-protection/xi-standards-respect
    - You agree to comply with all Club Directives on Health, Safety and COVID Management.
    - Failure to comply with relevant codes / directives may lead to revocation of club membership.
    - Players will only be placed in teams once registration in both club website and Squadi have been fully completed.
    - Positions in teams are unable to be confirmed until the full registration process in both systems is finalized and may be subject to trials or grading policies.
    - Photographs/Video recordings may be made by the club for marketing/promotional purposes.

    Privacy Policy
    - Personal information collected by Pine Hills Football Club is for the purpose of membership requirements and/or competition(s).

    Registration Fees
    - Fees for all players U6 to Senior competition and Masters teams are payable in three parts as per the registration process. The club fee and the FQ/FA affiliation fee. These fees must be paid in full for the 2025 season.
    - All fees must be paid in full or subject to an approved payment plan prior the approval of registration.
    - If after a payment deadline has passed and/or payment plans are not adhered to, the Committee may take action to suspend a member from playing with the club until such time as outstanding fees are up to date. This will always be a last resort and would only happen if previous communications with members have been ignored.
    - If fees have not been paid in full for the 2024 season, then registration for and participation in the 2025 season will not be possible until such fees are settled or a club approved repayment plan has been organized.
    - In the 2025 season all players must be fully financial/have an approved payment plan in place by 31 March otherwise they will not be able to participate in fixtures.
    - No form of kit or equipment will be distributed until full payment of Club Fees is received and competition players will not be made active in Squadi.

    Refunds
    - No registration refunds will be given after a player has been graded and or allocated to a team.
    - In exceptional Circumstances a partial refund may only be given subject to the clubs refund policy.
    - No refunds will be provided if membership is revoked due to breaching relevant Codes of Conduct.

    NOTE: All participants are required to register with the club via the Majestri system, via the Squadi App and in Play Football with the exception of PHFC Kookas.
  • I understand that until my player/I am correctly registered in the PHFC Majestri system, Squadi (FQ) and the Play Football (FA), my player/I will not be able to participate in any training or preseason games for the 2026 season as of 31/12/2025.
